How We Work
We accomplish change through distributed leadership, the reciprocal exchange of ideas, and by creating an ecosystem for dialogue, discovery, and collaboration. As points of intersection emerge, we partner with one another and other units on campus to proactively improve the teaching and learning environment for all UCLA students.
