Our Professional Learning Community

The Cross-campus Teaching Innovations Group (CTIG) began in 2015 as an informal lunch gathering of a few UCLA practitioners and education leaders from different disciplines who came together to talk about ongoing teaching initiatives on campus. Through our conversations, we explored possibilities for collaboration in unique, creative, and cross-disciplinary ways. As of 2018, these informal interactions among peers have blossomed into a collaborative community of over 45 education leaders representing diverse and innovative areas across campus.

CTIG members meet in-person quarterly (during finals week at the end of fall, winter, and spring terms and once during the summer) and stay connected electronically throughout the year using Slack.  Access to both online platforms is limited to CTIG members.  New members are welcome!  If interested in joining CTIG, please send an email inquiry to the current co-chairs:
